The Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi have discussed recent rocket attacks on the US-led coalition forces in Iraq with US President Joe Biden. In the words of both leaders, those responsible for the attacks should be “held fully to account”

There have been at least three rocket attacks on the US embassy in Baghdad, located in the capital city of Iraq on Monday.
Though there have been no casualties for most of the attacks, it has become more too frequent in recent times. While the US blames Iran, there seem to be nothing substantial at the moment.
The attacks have occurred been mostly on the Green Zone areas in Iraq that host US troops, diplomats and contractors. The Iraqi Prime Minister on account of this has pledged to put these series of attacks to a halt, however, no headway has been made for now.
