Junaid Mohammed, a Lawmaker during the second republic of Nigeria dies in Kano on Thursday night.
Junaid Mohammed died on Thursday night aged 73 Years of Age after a brief illness. He died in his residence in the Kano State of Nigeria on Thursday, While his funeral prayers took place on Friday morning at the Farm Centre graveyard in Tarauni quarters located in Kano State.
Mohammed was a former member of the House of Representatives during the Second Republic. He was once the social Democratic Party (SDP) vice-chairman as well as a vice-presidential candidate during the 2019 Presidential Election.
As a medical doctor, Junaid Mohammed tolled the medical line before taking up a career in politics under the People Redemption Party (PRP) as a House of Representatives member during the Second Republic.
