PDP governorship primaries in Anambra, Sales of form deadline postponed

In an announcement made this Sunday, the deadline for the sale of forms of the PDP governorship primaries in Anambra state has been shifted from the 1st day of March 2021 as earlier scheduled, to the 10th day of March 2021.

The Peoples Democratic Party has postponed its PDP governorship Primaries in Anambra, Soth East Nigeria to a later date.

In a statement made by the National Organising Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Retired Col. Austin Akobundu, further 30 days extension has also been made to the tenures of its zonal caretaker committees for the SouthWest, Northcentral and Northwest region.

The above extension is meant per report to take effect from the 10th day of March 2021, being the expiration date of the current tenure of these zonal caretaker committees.

He used the medium to inform concerned parties that the last date for the submission of the already completed forms for its zonal congresses in all zones is the 1st day of March 2021, while the screening is now scheduled for the 2nd of March 2021.

In his final statement, he urged teeming members, stakeholders and all part leaders to take note of these various changes in the timeline of the party’s activities and work towards implementing and achieving the same.
